Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a telemetry setting using primary and team nursing models
• Monitor and interpret basic cardiac rhythm strips to assess patient status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver safe, effective patient care
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and initiate interventions as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret basic cardiac rhythm strips prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a telemetry or step-down unit
• Familiarity with both primary and team nursing care delivery models
