Contract | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Every other weekend required | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical-Surgical Telemetry float unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Float across units as needed to support staffing requirements
• Maintain compliance with ACLS and BLS (AHA) certification standards throughout the assignment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly using Epic EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical or Telemetry nursing experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required
• Ability to work every other weekend as part of the scheduled rotation

• Experience in a float pool or multi-unit nursing environment
• Strong telemetry monitoring and interpretation skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to varying patient populations and unit workflows
