Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Telemetry unit, monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding to changes in patient condition
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using electronic health record systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float within the hospital as needed based on unit and census demands
• Maintain readiness to float to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius if operationally required
• Work every other holiday as part of the standard scheduling expectation

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse experience required
• Current AHA-issued BLS certification required at submission
• All required specialty-specific certifications must be current and AHA-issued at time of submission
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Former permanent employees of the facility are not eligible to apply as travelers

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health record system
• Two supervisor references preferred at time of submission
