Seven Healthcare is seeking a skilled and motivated Telemetry RN for a travel assignment in Hampton, VA. This opportunity offers an competitive daily rate of: $750, thisfora per diem, scheduled as nightshifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, telemetry data, and cardiac rhythms accurately and efficiently.
  • Assess patients' conditions and detect any changes or abnormalities.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop appropriate care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by physicians.
  • Document patients' medical histories, treatments, procedures, and anticipated outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and self-care.
  • Provide compassionate and competent care to patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
  • Assist in the coordination of patient transfers and discharges.
  • Act as a patient advocate and ensure the provision of patient-centered care.
  • Remain up-to-date on current trends, practices, and evidence-based guidelines in telemetry nursing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
• Active RN license in Virgina (or compact license)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry experience
• BLS, ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills
