Key Responsibilities- Monitor and interpret telemetry data and cardiac rhythms for assigned patients
- Provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit setting, including assessment, planning, and implementation of nursing interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and adjust patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in telemetry or cardiac nursing
- Ability to work night shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills- ACLS certification
- Prior experience in a telemetry unit within an acute care setting
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
