    Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend | Every Other Holiday

    Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and evaluate treatment effectiveness using the nursing process
    • Administer medications safely and in accordance with applicable state practice standards and organizational policies
    • Read and interpret telemetry rhythms every 4 hours utilizing an electronic health record system
    • Manage patients with multi-system conditions including those requiring drips (Cardizem, Nitro, Heparin) and various oxygen modalities (Trach, BiPAP, CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula)
    • Serve as a point of contact for care coordination across hospital departments, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, patients, and families
    • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and advocate for patient safety throughout the care continuum
    Required Qualifications
    • Current RN license in state of practice or covered under a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
    • Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
    • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
    • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required
    • Dysrhythmia Exam required prior to start (study guide available)
    • Experience with telemetry monitoring and interpretation in an acute care setting
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with CAPD (Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis)
    • Familiarity with EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
    • CCRN or PCCN certification
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
