Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit with a 6:1 patient ratio
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions per physician orders
- Document patient assessments, care plans, and outcomes accurately in the EMR system (MEDHOST)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical, Telemetry, or Orthopedic nursing experience
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS certification
- Travel nurses must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience with MEDHOST EMR system
- Previous travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry setting
