Contract (Travel) | 12 Weeks | Nights: 5:45 PM – 6:15 AM | Schedule Varies

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit with a 6:1 patient ratio
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Deliver wound care as needed in accordance with facility protocols
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using MEDHOST EMR
• Float to other units as required based on staffing needs

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Surgical, Telemetry, or Wound Care
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a travel nurse
• Ability to work a variable night schedule (5:45 PM – 6:15 AM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with MEDHOST EMR system
• Previous travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry setting
