Contract | Days | Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Commitment)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg/Telemetry unit during weekend shifts
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or compact license eligibility
• Experience in a Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing setting
• Ability to read and respond to telemetry monitoring
• Current BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS certification preferred
• Prior experience in a weekend-only or per diem nursing role
