Contract | Rotating Shifts | 12-hour shifts (7a–7p or 7p–7a) | Every other weekend and every other holiday required | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on a Medical-Surgical or Telemetry unit with assigned patient ratios (Med-Surg: 5:1 days/evenings, 6:1 nights; Telemetry: 4:1 days/evenings, 5:1 nights)
Float between Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units as needed
Participate in a self-scheduling system, with schedule gaps filled based on unit needs
Adhere to weekend and holiday rotation requirements, with limited holiday time-off requests accommodated
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in alignment with unit protocols and standards
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact eligibility
Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical RN experience
Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in Telemetry nursing
Familiarity with floating between Med-Surg and Telemetry units
Strong adaptability and ability to work within a self-scheduling environment
