Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Observation Unit with a focus on telemetry monitoring
• Assess, monitor, and document patient status and response to treatment throughout the shift
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Perform neurological assessments utilizing NIHSS as required
• Adhere to facility dress code and compliance standards at all times

Required Qualifications

• Active, valid Registered Nurse (RN) state license required at time of submission
• Minimum 3 years of telemetry nursing experience
• ACLS certification required (copy must be included with submission)
• BLS certification required (copy must be included with submission)
• NIHSS certification required (copy must be included with submission)
• COVID vaccination status required at time of submission
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an Observation or Step-Down Unit setting
• Strong familiarity with telemetry interpretation and cardiac monitoring
• Experience working in a high-compliance, structured clinical environment
