    TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Scottsburg, Indiana, 47170!

    Job details:

    Position: Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Tele) $$SN$$
    Location: Scottsburg, Indiana
    Shift: Nights – 3x12s (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM), every other weekend
    Duration: 13 weeks

    Job Duties

    • Provide safe, effective, patient- and family-centered care to acute care telemetry patients.

    • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments based on patient condition and established policies.

    • Develop, prioritize, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.

    • Monitor and document patient responses to clinical interventions.

    • Monitor telemetry and recognize changes in patient condition requiring timely intervention.

    • Administer medications and treatments according to orders, policies, and patient needs.

    • Provide patient and family education regarding treatment, medications, and discharge planning.

    • Collaborate with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

    • Delegate tasks appropriately and provide mentorship and support to other staff.

    • Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and service initiatives.

    • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
