Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Every Other Weekend
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, quality patient care to patients of all ages utilizing the nursing process
- Provide specialized care for cardiac patients within a 30-bed Telemetry unit, maintaining a patient ratio of 1:5 to 1:6
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR
- Float to Med/Surg and remote Telemetry units as required
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1–2 years of Telemetry or Step-Down experience required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Cerner EMR
- Ability to manage blocked scheduling requests and adapt to flexible unit needs
