Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment
• Apply professional and supervisory discretion in dynamic telemetry care settings
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record system as a core component of daily clinical workflow

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor: Required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor: Required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from an approved vendor: Required
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification: Required
• EPIC experience: Required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior acute care facility experience
