Contract – 13 Weeks | Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Three 12-hour shifts per week | 48-hour guarantee considered | Six weekend shifts per six-week schedule
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on Medical/Surgical Telemetry units with a 6:1 patient ratio
Float between multiple facilities within the same healthcare network as assigned
Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately within the electronic medical record system
Required Qualifications
Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical Telemetry nursing experience
Willingness to float between departments and multiple facilities within the network
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with Cerner electronic medical records (EMR)
Prior travel nursing or float pool experience
