Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Cardiac Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Document all patient care activities accurately using the EPIC charting system
• Float to like units as required within scope of practice
• Fulfill weekend rotation requirements every third weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
• Participate in one required holiday shift per contract period

Required Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Cardiac Telemetry nursing experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Current NIHSS certification required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience as a travel nurse; first-time travelers are accepted
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and unit workflows
