Contract | 8-Week Assignment | Full-Time | 12-Hour Day Shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Onsite | Float Position

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit in a float capacity, adapting to varying unit needs
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Accurately document all patient care activities and clinical findings using the Epic electronic health record system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Adhere to facility policies, safety protocols, and standards of care throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Massachusetts or compact equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry settings
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Ability to float across units as assigned
• No more than three days of time-off requests will be considered; holiday time-off requests will not be approved

• Experience working in a high-volume acute care hospital environment
• Strong adaptability and comfort functioning in a float pool role across multiple units
