Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Schedule: 36–48 Hours/Week (48 Guaranteed Hours Preferred)
We’re seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse to join a Transitional Care Unit (LTC/SNF) providing skilled nursing and post-acute care for patients transitioning from the hospital to home or long-term care. This unit cares for medically stable patients who continue to require skilled nursing services and rehabilitation before discharge.

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Float: May float based on skill set

• Maximum Patient Ratio: 1:8

• Adult medical and surgical patients
• Medically stable patients preparing for discharge

Requirements
• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Recent acute care experience required
• BLS certification required
• Experience with electronic medical record documentation
• Completion of required HealthStream education modules prior to start
• Strong assessment, organization, and time management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
