Travel Nurse RN - Transplant - $1,950 per week in Boston, MA

Job Title: RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Clinic Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Variable Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: 3+ years of transplant coordinator experience preferred. Strong ambulatory nursing experience required. Experience coordinating pre- and post-transplant care, reviewing labs, patient education, triage, multidisciplinary coordination, and managing medically complex patients. License: Required Certifications: BLS Required Must-Have: Basic Life Support (BLS) Description: The position involves working in an ambulatory specialty clinic that coordinates care for pre- and post-transplant patients. Responsibilities include patient screening, coordination of testing and appointments, and education. Medication management and multidisciplinary communication are also key components of this role. Ongoing clinical follow-up with patients is required. Experience with the kidney transplant population and familiarity with Epic is preferred.
