**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Registered Nurse in BMT/ONC!** - Are you passionate about making a profound impact in the lives of patients with blood cancers? - Do you have experience in Acute Care BMT/Hem/Onc? - If so, we invite you to be a vital part of our Cellular Therapies Unit! **Position Overview:** - **Role:** Registered Nurse (RN) BMT/ONC - **Unit:** Cellular Therapies Unit (BMT/Oncology) - **Schedule:** Rotating shifts with options for Day or Night - Night Shift: 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) - Day Shift: 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00) - **Staffed Beds:** 51 beds caring for patients undergoing chemotherapy, biotherapies, and cellular therapies like stem cell transplants and CAR-T. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional care to patients undergoing treatment for blood cancers. - Float between BMT/Onc and CTU units as needed to meet patient care needs. - Maintain high standards of nursing practices while adhering to flexible staffing ratios. **Requirements:** - **Experience:** - Minimum 2 years of acute care BMT/Heme experience. - Chemotherapy administration experience required (1.5 years will be considered). - **Certifications:** - Current AHA BLS Certification. - CO or Compact RN License. - ONC Certification. - **Additional Info:** - Weekend commitment required based on unit needs. - Comfortable floating to sister facilities within the metro region. **Unit Dynamics:** - Exceptional environment with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 3-4:1 (may vary based on staffing). - Charting done through Epic. - Scrub color: Navy. - Fantastic team environment with supportive staff. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
