We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) with a specialization in Blood and Marrow Transplant (BMT) and Oncology (ONC) to be part of our dedicated team. **Job Description:** - **Position:** RN BMT/ONC - **Unit:** Cellular Therapies Unit - **Shift:** - Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) - Day 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00) - **Staffed Beds:** 51 - **Patient Ratios:** 3-4:1 - **Charting System:** Epic - **Scrub Color:** Navy **Key Responsibilities:** - Care for patients with blood cancers receiving chemotherapy, biotherapies, cellular therapies, stem cell transplants, and CAR-T. - Float as needed between the BMT/Oncology and Cellular Therapies Unit to meet facility needs. - Adapt to flexible nurse-to-patient ratios based on unit demands, providing exceptional patient care in varied scenarios. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years acute care BMT/Hematology experience and chemotherapy administration experience. - Candidates with 1.5 years of relevant experience may be considered. - Current AHA BLS certification. - Hold a valid CO or Compact RN License. - Oncology Certification (ONC) required. **Additional Information:** - Weekend availability required per unit needs. - Candidates must be comfortable working in a supportive environment with flexible staffing ratios. - Possible floating to sister facilities based on operational needs within the metro region. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
