Job Summary The Dallas-based Operating Room Transplant (RN) is responsible for supporting outpatient transplant services, including liver, kidney, and pancreas procedures. This role involves data collection, assisting with computer-based tasks, and providing compassionate patient care in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Position: RN - Transplant Service (770)
Location: Dallas, Texas
Shift Time: Days, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN.
Preferred Qualifications: Two or more years of transplant experience and experience with United Network of Organ Sharing (UNOS) or Organ Procurement Organization (OPO).
Responsibilities include data collection, desk work requiring proficient MediTech and Microsoft skills, potential patient rooming, assessments, and participation in WebEx meetings.
Flexibility in patient assignments and maintaining a caring and compassionate demeanor are essential.
