Type of staff on Night Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, number of RNs varies based on census, PCT varies based on census. Patient Ratios: 2:1 for ICU, 4:1 for PCU. Type of Equipment: Critical Care Equipment, Burn ICU and Trauma ICU. Technology: EMR - Meditech. Typical Hiring Profile: Skill Set Most recruited for: Candidates without the following skills will not be considered for the role: Trauma, Burn, Surgical ICU experience, Communication and Critical Thinking Skills. Preferred or nice to have skills: Candidates with the following skills will be considered first: BSN, CCRN. Typical Procedures Performed on Unit: Wound care, codes, EVDs, MTP.
