Travel Nurse RN - Trauma Intensive Care Unit - $2,260 per week in Indianapolis, IN

Job Title: RN Neuro/Trauma ICU Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Neuro/Trauma ICU Duration: 13-16 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum 1 year experience License: Current nursing license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: Trauma Neuro Surgical ICU experience Description: This position is for a Trauma Neuro Surgical ICU. The standard nurse-to-patient ratio is 2:1. Royal blue scrubs are required. There is an every other weekend rotation. Holidays are assigned based on unit needs. The nursing staff use a specific charting system. This facility is a Level 1 Trauma Center. It is also designated as a Stroke Center for Excellence. There is a Transplant Center and a Burn Center. The patient population includes those with MVCs, gunshot wounds, stab wounds, falls, CVA, craniotomy, aneurysm ruptures, external ventricular drains, and lumbar drains. Candidates must have BLS, ACLS, and NIH Certification.
