Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an Urgent Care setting in Big Sky, Montana. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals presenting with acute illnesses and injuries, ensuring timely assessment, intervention, and education within a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, focusing on comprehensive patient assessment, developing individualized plans of care, and implementing effective nursing strategies. This position is crucial for maintaining patient flow and delivering excellent care in a walk-in clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, collecting pertinent health data.
• Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or identify patient issues.
• Develop individualized plans of care with expected outcomes for each patient.
• Implement identified plans of care, employing strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
• Systematically enhance the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice.
