Facility: BIDMC
Comments And Notes: BILH coversheet required at time of submission. 8H days- 1+ year ambulatory experience. Nurse with prior cardiac experience required. Preferred background with heart transplant or VAD device knowledge (but any cardiac background would be helpful). Major responsibilities include: Triaging patient phone calls and messages for the Heart transplant and VAD team. Collaborating with our nurse practitioners, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams for safe patient management. Addressing outpatient follow-up such as responding to lab results or diagnostic testing results and post-hospitalization discharge review. Coordinating with our administrative team for appointment scheduling. No locals accepted (within 50 mi of the facility) Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submission. ALL RTO REQUESTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SUB. Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as travel, perm or per diem within the last six months will not be accepted - MUST be separated from facility for six months to be considered
