Travel Nurse RN - Utilization Review - $3,499 per week in Los Angeles, CA

**Job Title: Case Manager • Registered Nurse (RN) • Days**

**Location:** Los Angeles, CA

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Case Manager • RN to join our team, focusing on patient care coordination and management. This role requires strong communication and multitasking abilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Coordinate patient care with hospital teams
• Review admissions and plan safe discharges.
• Collaborate on post discharge care and facility transfers.
• Manage 15•20 adult patient cases.
• Perform case management and utilization review.

**Schedule:**

• 13•week contract, 40 hours/week
• Day shifts: 8:30 am • 4:00 pm

**Requirements:**

• Active CA RN License
• BLS and LA County Fire Card
• 1 year of case management and 2 years of RN experience
• Inpatient and utilization review experience
• COVID vaccination required

**Additional Information:**

• No float or on•call duties
• Up to 4 days RTO
• Orientation every Monday
• Local travelers welcome
