Schedule: Not specifiedHighlights:- Comprehensive maternal and neonatal care including Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, OB/GYN, and Level 1 Nursery- Participate in C-sections, deliveries, and neonatal assessments in a collaborative care environment- Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient and family-centered care- Opportunity to utilize advanced maternal-child health skills including fetal monitoring and neonatal stabilization- Coverage assignment supporting leave of absence- Contract start date allows for advance planning and preparationRequirements:- Active Alabama RN license or multi-state compact RN license- Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NRP, STABLE, and AWHONN (must be through American Heart Association)- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in RN Level 1 Nursery, Postpartum, OB/GYN, and Labor & Delivery/LDRP- Experience must include OB/GYN patient care (post-op hysterectomy), antepartum care, triage, labor and delivery, and postpartum nursing- Fetal monitoring certification (renewed every two years)- Strong clinical assessment and communication skillsWhy It's a Great Opportunity:This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on mothers, babies, and families during critical life moments.
