Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland or a compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in wound care, hyperbaric medicine, or related clinical nursing settings
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Completion of approved UHMS 40-hour Hyperbaric Treatment training
• CHT or CHRN certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of hyperbaric oxygen therapy, wound management, infection control, and patient education
• Ability to work in a smoke-free environment and maintain strong attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality patient care during hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatments
• Operate hyperbaric chambers and related equipment according to training and established clinical protocols
• Monitor patient safety and follow UHMS, NFPA, and other applicable regulatory guidelines
• Maintain and clean chambers and ancillary equipment to support a safe treatment environment
• Assist with emergency procedures, drills, and response protocols as needed
• Deliver individualized wound care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary clinical team
• Support patient education, prevention, and ongoing treatment planning
