Requirements
Minimum 2 years of acute wound care experience
Cerner EMR experience required
Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment required
COVID-19 and Flu vaccination required (no declinations accepted)
Agency Illinois nursing license must be included with submission
Required Experience

Required Certifications
Active Illinois RN License
BLS

Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate wound care for assigned patients
Develop individualized nursing care plans using the nursing process
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Perform wound assessments, treatments, and ongoing monitoring
Implement physician orders accurately and within required timeframes
Prioritize patient care to achieve optimal clinical outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner EMR
Additional Information
Profile must include: Resume, skills checklist (within 1 year), 2 supervisory references, active certifications, active Illinois RN license, COVID vaccination card/status, and agency Illinois nursing license.
