Job Details:
Position: RN LTC Supervisor.
Location: Fairview, PA
Shift: Evening 02:45 Pm to 11:00 pm (8*5)
Contract: 15 weeks with the Possibility of extension
Start Date: 08/17/2026 or Later
Required Experience:
2 years’ experience required in RN LTC
BLS required
RN LTC Leadrship experience required
Travel Pay for 38-hour shift:
Weekly Gross: $2,500.00
Weekly Taxable: $1,254.00
Weekly non-taxable: $1,246.00
Hourly Taxable Up to 40: $33.00
Overtime after 40: $66.00
