Job Details:
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid California registered nurse licensure uploaded within the last two weeks, with applicable certifications (American Heart Association or American Red Cross), and at least 2 years of nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience in a hospital or similar healthcare setting.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information: The role involves managing interdisciplinary support staff, overseeing patient care activities, and adhering to hospital policies and standards. Candidates must complete onboarding requirements, including labs within 3-5 days of contract signing, and provide a 7-year work history for verification. All compliance documents are due 10 days prior to start date.
