Contract: 13 weeks | Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Director or Nurse Manager to lead inpatient nursing operations across Med/Surg and ICU.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee inpatient nursing operations.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Manage staffing, human resources, and financial resources.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
• Maintain accountability for patient care and department operations.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Current Maine RN or Compact RN license in good standing.
