**Join Our Team as a Women's Services RN!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** Rutherford Regional Medical Center, Rutherfordton, NC - **Unit:** Women’s Services - **Shift:** 7 PM - 7 AM - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours - **Weekend Requirement:** Every 3rd weekend - **Call Requirements:** None **Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional care in Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, and Gynecology - Collaborate with a dedicated team in a supportive and caring environment - Maintain high standards of patient care and safety **Requirements:** - **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in a related role with charge experience - **Certifications:** - ACLS - BLS - PALS - NRP - STABLE - AWHON Fetal Monitoring - **Skills:** - Proficient in Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, and Gynecology - Ability to float as needed **Unit Information:** - **Beds:** - 3 Labor/Delivery Rooms - 4 Triage Rooms - 2 Ante-partum Beds - 10 Post-partum/Gynecology/Pediatrics Beds - **Patient Ratios:** Based on acuity - **Equipment:** Philips fetal monitors with OB Trave Vue - **EHR System:** MediTech - **Director:** Sherry McIntosh, Director of The Birthing Place - **Patient Population:** Maternal, newborn, adult, geriatric, and pediatric **Dress Code:** - **Scrub Color:** No specific preference - **Professional Attire:** Follow HR policy on professional dress **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
