Job Opportunity – Occupational Therapist Assistant – Warsaw, VA 22572

Start Date: September 14, 2026

Location: Warsaw, Virginia

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week

Highlights:

• Travel assignment lasting approximately 13 weeks (89 days) through mid-December 2026
• Work in a skilled nursing facility setting providing direct patient care
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated care

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in Virginia
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
• Active BLS certification issued through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Clean professional license with no current or prior disciplinary actions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
