Job Description & Requirements

Number of Beds – 64IPR; 400 bed acute, full OP services, neuro experience required
· Number of Staff – 160
· Type of staff:
o Day Shift
o Night Shift -
· Patient Ratios – 75% direct patient care/8 hr shift
candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· Neuro background – SCI, BI, in addition to stroke rehab
· Experience in multiple settings Acute, IPR, OP settings
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· Ability to transition between multiple programs on any given day
· Understanding of IPR post-acute guidelines; utilization of CARE tool assessment
