Minimum Requirements:

• Allied Health License for CA or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this work setting
• Minimum Experience varies by Profession and setting.
• Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
• Certifications: Active CA OT License (or In Process Under 60 Day Rule)
• Equipment/Procedures: SNF, Net Health
• New Grads: Allowed
• Local Restrictions: Travelers allowed
