Job Description
Provide skilled occupational therapy services according to state/federal regulations and facility guidelines.
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment and discharge plans.
Deliver therapy to improve independence in daily living skills.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders/referrals.
Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
Supervise COTAs according to practice acts and facility policies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program:
MOT
OTD
Active state OT license or ability to obtain one.
Strong clinical skills.
Strong documentation skills.
Strong communication skills.
