Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to patients during day shift hours
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient goals and outcomes
• Adhere to all facility policies, including identification and badging requirements at all times

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist licensure
• Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract assignment
• Minimum guaranteed hours of 35 per week
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required upon entry to facility
• Must wear a photo badge at all times while on site
