Facility: Frye Regional Medical Center
Location: Hickory, NC
Discipline: Physical Therapist (PT)
Setting: Outpatient clinic within the hospital
Start Date: 09/21/2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours/week
Positions: 1
Reason for Opening: Replacement of permanent staff

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of PT experience
  • Orthopedic and/or Neurological experience preferred
  • Cerner EMR experience
  • Must be comfortable working in an outpatient hospital clinic
  • No floating to other units
  • Must meet facility dress-code requirements

Facility Details

  • Licensed Beds: 355
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Setting: Outpatient clinic
  • Scrubs: Any color; no denim or cartoon designs
  • Alternative: Khaki slacks + polo shirt
  • No artificial nails/SNS; nails must be no longer than ¼ inch
  • Parking available in garage or across-the-street lot; avoid spaces marked for visitors/patients/specific departments
