Job Summary:
This inpatient Occupational Therapist (OT) position is based in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The role involves assessing and developing individualized treatment plans for patients in a hospital or inpatient rehabilitation setting. The therapist will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to promote patient recovery, safety, and discharge planning, ensuring high-quality care in accordance with current standards.

- Required Qualifications: Valid, current State license; minimum of 2 years of experience; previous inpatient rehabilitation experience; BLS certification prior to first shift; no minimum experience required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with inpatient rehabilitation patients is preferred.
- Additional Information: The OT will assess patients upon physician orders, plan and implement appropriate treatments, supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and students, and participate in discharge planning. The role requires maintaining documentation, collaborating with team members, and ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times. The candidate should demonstrate a customer service attitude, safety awareness, and the ability to adapt to scheduling needs.
