Position Overview

Seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with physical, emotional, and cognitive deficits in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

The therapist will develop individualized care plans, provide treatment, monitor patient progress, and educate patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify physical, emotional, and cognitive deficits.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans.
• Provide appropriate rehabilitation interventions.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Modify treatment plans based on patient response and progress.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Promote patient safety and functional independence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Relevant professional certifications required.
• Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting preferred based on the role description.
• Ability to work the required schedule, including 1 weekend per month.

Schedule

• Regular Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Weekend: 1 weekend per month
• On-Call: None

• 15-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit
• Patient population includes individuals requiring rehabilitation for physical, emotional, and cognitive deficits.
