Topeka, KS | Acute Care OT

Looking for an acute care assignment where you can really use your clinical skills? This Topeka opportunity is at a Level II Trauma Center with a diverse patient population and a consistent weekday schedule.

Position Highlights

• Acute Care / Hospital setting
• 26-week contract
• 40 hours/week | Monday–Friday
• Typical schedule 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Approximately 7–8 patients per shift
• Work with ortho, neuro, cardiac, respiratory, trauma, surgical, ICU & joint replacement patients
• Epic experience preferred, but not required

What They’re Looking For

This one is best for an OT with acute care hospital experience who is comfortable working with medically complex patients, including transfers involving lines and drains. Active Kansas OT licensure and NBCOT certification are required.
