Occupational Therapist (OT) – Acute Care

Facility: Kings Mountain Acute – 67-Bed Hospital
Location: Kings Mountain, NC
Setting: Acute Care / Inpatient
Contract: Travel
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule: 5×8-hour shifts
EMR: Epic

Position Highlights:

• Minimum 1 year of OT experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Acute care experience preferred
• Treat a variety of post-op, neuro, general debility, COPD, and CHF patients
• May float between Cleveland and Kings Mountain
• Department onboarding: 4–5 days
• Weekend rotation: 1 weekend every 4–6 weeks
• Holiday coverage required unless RTO is approved
• RTO must be approved by the department leader
• Free parking
• Light gray scrubs
• Collaborative department culture

Requirements:

• Active Occupational Therapist license
• BLS
• Minimum 1 year OT experience

Traveler Requirement: Permanent residence must be 50+ miles from the facility.

Important: Kings Mountain Outpatient is PT only, so this OT position is specifically for Acute Care/Inpatient.
