Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a Home Health travel contract with CenterWell Home Health in Hiawatha, Iowa.
This position offers a consistent 5x8 day schedule from 7 a.m.–3 p.m. and the autonomy of providing individualized, one-on-one care in patients' homes.
Hiawatha is part of the Cedar Rapids metro area, giving you convenient access to Cedar Rapids while maintaining a smaller-community feel. Iowa City is roughly 30–40 minutes away, putting restaurants, entertainment and University of Iowa activities within easy reach.
