Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience
Current BLS certification
Experience performing comprehensive OT evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
Strong knowledge of ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, and functional rehabilitation
Experience working with patients with physical, cognitive, or functional limitations
Strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently while managing a diverse patient caseload
