Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) Inpatient specialty in a community hospital setting. The position involves planning and conducting segments of treatment programs aimed at restoring and improving patients' physical, social, and mental functions. The Occupational Therapist serves as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care in a Day shift environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD); licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor.
• Preferred Qualifications: Two years of occupational therapy experience.
• Essential Functions: Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas requiring attention. Uses appropriate clinical techniques and tools to establish individualized treatment plans. Provides therapy interventions following established protocols. Develops individualized care and discharge plans, ensuring clear communication to relevant parties. Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines. Supervises assigned assistants and performs other related duties as assigned.
• Additional Information: The position requires adherence to organizational vaccination policies, including receiving all required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter.
