Occupational Therapist – Inpatient

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide inpatient rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant inpatient experience and be comfortable with occasional weekend and holiday coverage.

Assignment Details

• Position: Occupational Therapist – Inpatient
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of inpatient OT experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Shift times may vary based on facility needs.
• Weekend Requirement: One weekend day approximately every 4 weeks, with a flex day off during the week.
• Holiday Requirement: Must work one day on December 25, December 26, or December 27.
• Local Candidates: Not accepted.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to inpatient patients.
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals as part of the multidisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Follow facility policies, clinical standards, and safety guidelines.
