Job Details:
Location: Marysville, California
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) & licensure in all applicable states of practice; CPR or BLS certification from approved vendor; valid Driver's License and must be at least 21 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications: Home Health experience is preferable but not required.
Additional Information: The position involves completing evaluations to ensure quality standards, establishing individualized treatment and discharge plans, providing therapy interventions, and ensuring accurate clinical documentation. Supervision of assigned assistants is also part of the role. All associates must receive required vaccinations as a condition of employment, with exemptions available.
