Occupational Therapist – Travel Contract

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
32 Hours/Week Guaranteed
Saturday Availability Required

Position Highlights:
Provide Occupational Therapy services across inpatient, outpatient, home health, assisted living, SNF, and LTC settings
Evaluate and treat Activities of Daily Living (ADL), ROM, strength, and functional needs
Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans
Provide therapeutic activities, orthotics/self-help device support, and upper-extremity rehabilitation
Patient and family education
Coordinate care and discharge follow-up with interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate treatment records and support staff education
Requirements:
3+ years of experience
Active Hawaii OT license required
Must obtain Hawaii PT license ASAP as stated in the posting
Graduate of an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy program
BLS required
Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
Saturday availability is mandatory
